O Blue’s existing mortgage management processes were largely manual, requiring customers to visit physical branches or communicate via phone and email. Handling sensitive financial information such as mortgage details and personal data required robust security measures to protect customer data from potential breaches. They needed a solution that could scale with their expanding customer base without sacrificing performance or user experience. It required a more convenient way for clients to access their mortgage information, make payments, and get in touch with customer support.

The primary solution was to develop a mobile app for both iOS and Android platforms. This app would serve as a one-stop solution for O Blue customers to manage their mortgages, make payments, view statements, and communicate with customer support.
